- iskibn.com only accepts direct account transfers from BIBD and Baiduri Banks.
- Customers are accountable for ensuring the accuracy of payment information provided during the checkout process.
- After completing the direct transfer, customers should forward the payment screenshot or receipt, along with their Name, Mobile Number, and IC number, to iski.bwn@gmail.com.
- After receiving your receipt screenshot via email, our team will confirm the payment within two business days.
- Following successful payment verification, customers will receive a confirmation email containing their online ticket details, including a unique number and QR CODE.
- Customers are required to present the online ticket copy and their IC at Iski’s ticket collection kiosk, located within the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium premises.
- Iski’s ticket collection kiosk will be operational from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on April 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th. Customers can collect the original hard copy of their match ticket once verification is completed at our kiosk during these days.
- Failure to collect the ticket within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the ticket without a refund.
