Account Creation
1. To purchase tickets for the DPMM FC match, customers are required to sign up and provide the following information: name, phone number, email address, and IC number (Identity Card number).
2.Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the account creation process.
Ticket Selection and Cart
1. Once registered, customers can browse available DPMM FC match tickets and select the desired quantity.
2. Customers can add tickets to their cart for purchase.
Ticket Availability
Ticket availability is subject to change and may vary based on factors such as match demand and venue capacity.
Ticket Purchase
1. By adding tickets to the cart and proceeding to checkout, customers agree to purchase the selected tickets at the specified price.
2. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless otherwise stated by DPMM FC.
Payment
1. iskibn.com only accepts direct account transfers from BIBD and Baiduri Banks.
2. Customers are accountable for ensuring the accuracy of payment information provided during the checkout process.
3. After completing the direct transfer, customers should forward the payment screenshot or receipt, along with their Name, Mobile Number, and IC number, to iski.bwn@gmail.com.
Ticket Collection
1.After receiving your receipt screenshot via email, our team will confirm the payment within two business days.
2. Following successful payment verification, customers will receive a confirmation email containing their online ticket details, including a unique number and QR CODE.
3. Customers are required to present the online ticket copy and their IC at Iski's ticket collection kiosk, located within the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium premises.
4. Iski's ticket collection kiosk will be operational from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on April 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th. Customers can collect the original hard copy of their match ticket once verification is completed at our kiosk during these days.
5. Failure to collect the ticket within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the ticket without a refund.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
1.DPMM FC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule matches at any time.
2. In the event of match cancellation or rescheduling, customers will be notified via email, and alternative arrangements may be provided at the discretion of DPMM FC.
Limitation of Liability
iskibn.com and DPMM FC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of DPMM FC match tickets.
